Well, this will be my last email home before I get home next week.
Going to start it off by saying that this last week was awesome! We had another great bautismo! It was the daughter of a recent convert who finally found the faith and encouragement to get baptized! It was just awesome! She was so happy and it made me feel really good inside! Also, this past week we started teaching the son of another recent convert. His mom went to the temple last week and he thought it was weird that we in the church did baptisms for the dead. So we taught him lessons 1 and 2 last week and now we are going to teach his wife tonight! Just a really fun week!
Today, we as a mission, for the 1st time had a fun P-day! President Moreno called us last night and told us that we were going to play basketball and volleyball and Parque Semanas. It was so awesome because we got to finally wear clothes other than church clothes, and it was fun to see everyone!
Well, 2 years really didn't feel like 2 years...This has been the best and the hardest experience in my life! I'm so grateful for this time I have had here in Ecuador! I can honestly say that I know that this Church is the Church of Jesus Christ. I know that He knows me and loves me so much! I wouldn't have been able to have done this without Him. The things I have seen and felt here in Ecuador have been life changing. I know that He lives. I know that He has a perfect plan for each and everyone of us. Ecuador will always be my second home and my second family!
Thank you everyone for all your love and support this last 2 years. :)
I will be coming home on August 8th and that same night at 8:15 everybody is welcome to come see me.
Also, on August 19th I will be reporting in church at 9am, and everyone is also invited to come and hear more about my life these last couple of years!
Love,
Elder Hoole

Pole climbing is a thing they do here.
Kids in Ecuador climb up an oily pole as a tradition.
They do this on holidays to get to the free candy at the top!
